Nigerian socialite Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, has advised Nigerians not to avoid the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

He mentioned that the EFCC officials do not mistreat suspects, but rather they simply “investigate and prosecute.”

Cubana Chief Priest emphasized that the EFCC will eventually apprehend those who try to escape invitations or resist arrest, no matter where they try to hide.

He commended the agency for their hospitality, mentioning that they provide three meals a day to those in their custody.

On his Instagram page, Cubana Chief Priest wrote: “The Eagle will always fly so high to catch you wherever you hide.

“No need to run when @officialefcc invites you, just pull up and answer them, they don’t bite, they don’t beat, they only investigate and prosecute. For their cell, toilet & bathroom dey, even breakfast, lunch & dinner is served so tell me why are you running.”

It is worth noting that Cubana Chief Priest was recently brought before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court in Lagos by the EFCC on three charges related to the misuse of the Naira.

After pleading not guilty, he was granted bail set at N10 million with two sureties of the same amount.
