Nigerians who are unhappy with the current high cost of living across the country have taken to the streets of Lagos to register their displeasure with the handling of the economy by the President Bola Tinubu-led administration.
The protesters, identified as members of a human rights group called the Take It Back Movement, were seen carrying signs in the Ojuelegba area.
Allub Times noticed a large number of police officers at the protest location. Earlier, the Lagos Police had cautioned residents against participating in any protests that could disrupt the city’s peace.
