Lagos PDP Chairman Kidnapped In Ogun, Abductors Make Demand

The abductors are demanding a ransom of N200 million for his release. According to reports, Aivoji was abducted on Thursday, January 25, around 6 pm in the Ogere area along the Lagos/Ibadan Expressway.

The chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Philip Aivoji, has been kidnapped.

The abductors are demanding a ransom of N200 million for his release. According to reports, Aivoji was abducted on Thursday, January 25, around 6 pm in the Ogere area along the Lagos/Ibadan Expressway.

The incident took place as they were returning to Lagos from a PDP South-West Zonal meeting in Ibadan.

Another member of the Lagos State PDP Exco narrowly escaped abduction and is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.
