Grace Jimoh, the mother of actor Yomi Fabiyi’s child, has strongly criticized him for describing their son, Akorede, as a consequence of a damaged condom.

Yomi faced significant backlash online following the circulation of a video on his Instagram account last Friday.

In the video, he condemned the Nigerian customs service for allowing substandard condoms to be imported into the country, alleging that many children were conceived due to condom breakage.

In response to the video, Grace expressed her dismay on her own Instagram page, emphasizing that Yomi was visibly happy when she informed him of her pregnancy.

She questioned his apparent contradiction, stating, “Someone who was crying tears of joy when I revealed the pregnancy, how can you now claim our child is a result of a torn condom?”

She accused Yomi of seeking validation on social media or attempting to hurt her feelings. Asserting her commitment to providing the best for her son, Grace vowed to support him regardless of the circumstances. She also hinted at Yomi’s past actions, suggesting that they contributed to the estrangement from his first child.
