Borussia Dortmund has advanced to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League after a tough second half against PSV Eindhoven.

They won 2-0, completing a 3-1 aggregate victory. The German team dominated the first half, scoring early with a goal from Jadon Sancho.

However, PSV came back strong in the second half, missing several chances to score, including a crucial miss from Luuk de Jong in stoppage time, ultimately failing to push the game into extra time.

Dortmund believed they had scored a second goal during the game, even though they were not dominating the match. However, Niclas Fullkrug’s goal was disallowed for being just slightly offside.

Despite this setback, the home team secured their place in the quarter-finals with a late goal from Marco Reus. Reus calmly scored after a mistake by PSV’s defense, much to the joy of the enthusiastic fans at Signal Iduna Park.
