American hip-hop legend Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., also known as Snoop Dogg, recently made an announcement that he was giving up smoking.

However, he has now clarified that he was referring to giving up smoking smoky room warmers, not weed.

Snoop Dogg shared an advertisement video on Monday, promoting his decision to go smokeless with Solo Stove.

In the video, the rapper could be heard saying; “I have an announcement, I’m giving up smoke. I know what you’re thinking, ‘Snoop, smoke has carried your whole fame.’ But I’m done with it. I’m going smokeless. Solo Stove fixed fire. They take out the smoke. Clever! [Laughs]”

After careful thought and discussion with his family, he made a previous statement about quitting smoking. This led his fans and colleagues to believe he was talking about his long-standing addiction to marijuana.

His colleague, Meek Mill, also announced his intention to quit smoking by moving to Dubai. He revealed that he had been diagnosed with emphysema.
