On Monday, the Palestinian militant group Hamas released a new video announcing the deaths of two Israeli hostages who were taken to Gaza on October 7.

The video featured a woman hostage named Noa Argamani, 26, speaking under duress and revealing that the two men she was held captive with had been killed.

The exact date of the video’s recording was unclear. In a statement accompanying the video, Hamas’s armed wing, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, claimed that the two men were killed as a result of the “Zionist army’s bombing.”

On Sunday, Hamas released another video showing Argamani and the two men hostages, who were seen alive at the time.

However, in Monday’s video, it was announced that the same men had died. The two men have been identified by Israeli media as Yossi Sharabi, 53, and Itay Svirsky, 38.
