Fuel Scarcity: I’m Leaving Nigeria, Says Tiwa Savage

The singer, who recently returned from a vacation in Brazil, said she arrived home to find fuel shortages and an epileptic power supply.

Award-winning Nigerian musician Tiwa Savage has decried the reemergence of gasoline scarcity as a result of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s statement that subsidies would be removed.

The singer, who recently returned from a vacation in Brazil, said she arrived home to find fuel shortages and an epileptic power supply.

She also complained about the damage to one of her car tyres caused by a terrible road.

Because of the difficulty in Nigeria, the ‘Koroba’ singer is considering returning to Brazil.

Taking to her Instastory, she wrote, “Literally less than an hour back in Naija and one of my car tyres gone. Other car now in the queue for fuel.

Issue with electricity in my house.

“I’m logging off and going back to where I came from because…”
