Last week, Justice Adeniyi had ordered the anti-graft agency to unconditionally release the former CBN governor or bring him to court for a bail hearing.

The court has adjourned until Wednesday, November 8 for a hearing regarding Emefiele’s motion on notice and for his counsel to submit more documents.
The court also reiterated its previous order from November 2, which stated that Emefiele should be unconditionally released or brought to court on Wednesday.
