Court Grants Emefiele Conditional Permission To Travel

The Federal Capital Territory High Court allowed former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor Godwin Emefiele’s plea to travel outside of Abuja.

The controversial former CBN governor appeared in court on Thursday, January 18, 2024, to request a change to his release terms.

The court, however, ruled that Emefiele must remain in the nation.
