American rapper and singer Durk Derrick Banks, widely recognised as Lil Durk, has unveiled plans to host a complimentary concert in Nigeria.

Lil Durk was initially scheduled to perform at a Lagos event in December; however, he expressed regret for not being able to attend. He clarified through his social media handle on Saturday morning that the situation was beyond his control.

Affirming his deep affection for Nigeria, he assured fans of a future free concert in the country.

In his words, Lil Durk said, “I’m committed to making it up with a free show for Nigeria, even if the December event wasn’t my fault. You all are my family, and I’ve got you forever.”

Lil Durk enjoys a dedicated following among the Gen Z demographic in Nigeria, especially with his latest track, ‘All My Life,’ featuring J. Cole, which rapidly gained popularity after its release.
