Popular American rapper, Aubrey Graham Drake, better known as Drake, has given $50,000 to a fan who used his furniture money to attend two of his gigs.

The rapper, who performed in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday, said the act was intended to teach his followers a good lesson about appreciating the difficulties that others may encounter in life.

During the concert, the aforementioned fan was said to have held a banner that said, “Drake, I spent my furniture money on your two shows.”

According to DX, when he saw the placard, the rapper responded by saying he would give him $50,000 since he loves his followers and HipHop.

“You know what? My man, your furniture money, I will give you $50,000 because I love you.

“Listen, this is what life is about. I am trying to teach you something tonight. I want you to understand something: You never know what the next person is going through,” Drake was reported to have said.

With nine albums under his belt, including a collaboration with 21 Savage titled ‘Her Loss,’ the multi-award-winning rapper rose to prominence after releasing his mixtape ‘Room for Improvement’ in 2006.
