Genoa have officially announced the signing of David Ankeye on a permanent deal from Moldovan Super Liga team, Sheriff Tiraspol.
The transfer fee is reported to be around €3 million.
Ankeye, a 21-year-old forward, has signed a contract that will keep him at Genoa until the summer of 2028.
He will wear the No. 30 shirt for his new club.
Ankeye has been in impressive form this season, scoring five goals in 13 league matches for Sheriff Tiraspol.
He has also played in both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.
