Nicki Minaj has caused excitement among her Nigerian fans by announcing her intention to include Nigeria in her world tour.
The rapper, known as the “Queen of Rap,” stated that she would consider adding Nigeria to her tour if there was enough interest from fans. This decision came after a Nigerian fan expressed disappointment at the exclusion of Africa from the list of tour venues.
The fan, using the username @RamatVictory, shared screenshots of the tour venues in other continents wrote: “Once again, African barbz [Nick Minaj’s fans] bite dust. Oh well.”
Nicki Minaj’s verified X handle had then replied, “Abeg, sign up where it says (if you don’t see your city) so that when I get to Africa, your city/country will be there.”
Elated by the response, the fan wrote under Nicki’s comment: “Abeg no vex Nicki, I no go complain again. Oya Naija barbz, make una go sign up sharp, sharp.”
Nicki Minaj then wrote, “Naija no de carry last.”
