Brazilian player Vinicius Jr put on an impressive attacking performance on Sunday in Riyadh to lead Real Madrid to their first victory of the season.

Vinicius Jr. dominated the wing and caused the Barcelona defence to crumble in the Supercopa final on Sunday. The Brazilian forward scored three goals in the first half and played exceptionally well in the team’s 4-1 win.

Madrid took an early lead when Jude Bellingham skillfully manoeuvred through the Barcelona midfield and passed the ball to Vinicius, who then rounded Inaki Pena and scored into an empty net. Just two minutes later, Vinicius scored his second goal with a simple tap-in after Rodrygo delivered a fantastic pass into space.

Barcelona managed to strike back when Robert Lewandowski volleyed the ball into the net from outside the box, beating Andriy Lunin. However, Madrid quickly responded, as Vinicius converted a penalty kick after Ronald Araujo fouled him inside the box.

In the second half, Rodrygo sealed the victory for his team. Vinicius made a precise cross that landed perfectly for Rodrygo to score effortlessly.

Araujo received a red card for his second booking, which was a result of a foolish foul on Vinicius. This only made things easier for Madrid, and towards the end of the match, they were casually passing the ball around, cruising to one of the most straightforward Clasico wins in recent history.
