Jude Bellingham is recovering well from an ankle injury, and Real Madrid has set a potential return date for him.

The English player got hurt during a game against Girona on February 10. Despite scoring two goals, he had to leave the match early and has been out of action for La Liga and Champions League games since then.

According to Marca, the 20-year-old midfielder is ahead of schedule in his recovery and is close to returning to full training with Carlo Ancelotti‘s team. His comeback is just a few days away.

He has been experiencing ankle discomfort for several weeks and will not be rushed back to ensure his fitness. The Blancos are being cautious with his recovery, but it is expected that he will be ready to play against Valencia at Mestalla on March 2.

If Bellingham is able to play in that match, he could also be considered for the second leg of the Champions League last-16 game against RB Leipzig at Santiago Bernabeu on March 6. Real Madrid currently holds a slim 1-0 aggregate lead in that competition.
