Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate Phyna has made headlines as she revealed her firm refusal of a N5 million proposition from a male admirer in exchange for intimacy.
Phyna noted that she is not the one for transactional relationships, commonly known as “runs.”
She emphasized her steadfast stance against being swayed by monetary offers, asserting her preference for authentic connections over material allurements.
The Big Brother Naija winner disclosed that she has consistently maintained this principle, having never been involved with a man wealthier than herself, even before attaining fame through Big Brother Naija.
In a recent interview with Naija FM in Lagos, Phyna elaborated on her decision, stating, “I declined the fan’s N5 million offer for various reasons. Primarily, I prioritize genuine connections and am not enticed by financial inducements. Additionally, I have always been the provider in my relationships, both before and after my stint on Big Brother Naija. Material wealth has never been the driving force behind my romantic pursuits.”
