Mohbad’s Father Calls Out Late Singer’s Wife, Femi Falana

Published:

Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has raised serious concerns about his safety.

Joseph alleged a plot to harm him was orchestrated by Wunmi, the late singer’s widow, and her lawyer, Femi Falana.

Speaking on Max 102 FM radio station, Joseph expressed his disappointment over the delayed release of Mohbad’s autopsy report and claimed to have received threats from Falana and Wunmi, leaving him fearful for his life.

In a plea for justice and support, Joseph emphasized his current lack of trust in anyone.

Elaborating on his fears, Joseph revealed his apprehension about being set up and harmed by Wunmi, accusing her of making explicit threats against him. He also implicated Falana, alleging collusion with Wunmi and hindrance to assistance.

Joseph conveyed feeling unsafe in his current living situation due to perceived threats, recounting an incident where a knock on his gate triggered fear, suspecting it might be individuals sent by Wunmi.

He further claimed that Wunmi had made threatening calls to him while he was on a mountain, recording the messages as evidence.

He accused Falana of being aware of these threats yet supporting Wunmi. Joseph criticized Falana for suppressing the truth and manipulating the situation for financial gain, highlighting their shared Ekiti State origin.

The ongoing dispute between Mohbad’s father and widow revolves around the distribution of the late singer’s assets since his passing on September 12, 2023.

Joseph has consistently pushed for a paternity test for their son, Liam, while Wunmi has enlisted legal representation from Femi Falana, intensifying the tensions between the involved parties.
