Nollywood icon Kanayo O. Kanayo has joined the chorus of heartfelt condolences for the late Nollywood actor, Mr Ibu, who passed away days ago.

Since his unfortunate demise, the comedic actor has been praised and celebrated, with Kanayo O. Kanayo adding his condolence message on Sunday, March 3.

Taking to Instagram, he referred to his departed colleague as “Africa’s Mr. Bean,” drawing a comparison to the beloved comic character from the British sitcom. Known for his wordless yet hilarious antics, Mr. Bean has become synonymous with laughter worldwide.

In his tribute, Kanayo O. Kanayo highlighted Mr Ibu’s exceptional talent as a comic actor, noting that he possessed a unique ability to evoke laughter without uttering a single word. Through his demeanor, body language, and overall presence, Mr. Ibu effortlessly embodied humor.
