This loss leaves them seven points behind league leaders Inter Milan. Prior to the match, Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri was recognized for equaling Marcello Lippi's second-place record for most appearances in the Juve dugout.

Juventus suffered a devastating blow to their Scudetto hopes with a surprising 1-0 defeat at home to Udinese.

This loss leaves them seven points behind league leaders Inter Milan. Prior to the match, Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri was recognized for equaling Marcello Lippi’s second-place record for most appearances in the Juve dugout.

However, his team did not perform at their best, and the match will be remembered as one of the season’s surprises. Juventus was without Dusan Vlahovic in attack, and their missed opportunities came back to haunt them when Udinese’s January signing from Velez Sarsfield, Lautaro Giannetti, scored from a close-range rebound in the 25th minute.

Milik’s goal for Juve was disallowed because the initial delivery from a right-wing corner went out of play. This was the closest the home team came to breaking through the visiting defense.

As a result, second-placed Juve continues to struggle after their recent defeat to Inter, and they are now seven points behind the leaders, even though they have played an additional game.

Udinese, on the other hand, moves up to 15th place with their third league victory of the season, putting them three points above the relegation zone.

Next, Juventus will play against Hellas Verona on Saturday, while Udinese will host Cagliari on Sunday.
