It was a moment of joy and celebration as Nigerian singer Johnny Drille joyfully announced the birth of his daughter, Amaris, through an Instagram post on Thursday evening.
Amaris was born on November 17, and the six-week-old baby has brought immense happiness to Johnny and his wife, Rima Tahini.
In his heartfelt post, the Mavin Records signee described the experience of holding his daughter for the first time as miraculous, expressing a deep sense of purpose in protecting and nurturing her.
Married to music executive Rima Tahini on July 4th, Johnny conveyed his daily prayers for guidance in being the best father for their daughter.
Tahini, the Director of Artiste and Repertoire (A&R) at Mavin Records, shares the musical journey with Drilles as his label.
Johnny wrote on Instagram: “Six weeks ago today, we held in our arms our daughter for the first time. It’s hard to explain, but it’s the most miraculous thing I’ve ever known. Never felt a greater sense of purpose to protect and to nurture. Every day I pray to God to help me be the best father for our daughter, so help me God.”
