Controversial singer Portable has criticized rapper Oladips for pretending to be dead in order to promote his new album.

Visitodell reports that Oladips‘ management announced his death on Tuesday through a social media post.

However, on Wednesday, Oladips’ friend and fellow artist Qdot posted on Instagram, affirming that the rapper is actually alive.

Sharing the picture of Oladips, Qdot wrote, “@oladipsoflife my gee is alive.”

In a viral internet video, Portable, who is about to release his album titled “Street Donjazzy,” criticized Oladips for pretending to support his own album.

“I’m not tired of life now. I’m still very much alive. I can’t use my own life to play in such a way because I’m still very much happy with life. I will not use my death to promote album.”
