Popular Yoruba actor Femi Adebayo has disclosed that he sold some of his assets to fund the production of his current film, Jagun Jagun.
The actor also revealed that the earnings from his previous film, Agbeshinkole, were utilized to fund Jagun Jagun in a recent interview.
When asked about the difficulties he encountered, Adebayo said that Jagun Jagun is a multibillion-naira undertaking.
“I cannot say the exact amount I spent on shooting it. I used the proceeds of Agbeshinkole to produce Jagun Jagun. At a point, I was out of finance, and because I had faith that the project would work, I sold my properties,” he said.
Femi Adebayo is the son of prominent Nollywood actor Adebayo Salami, better known by his stage name Oga Bello.
