Singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, also known as Ruger, has admitted to feeling remorse for body-shaming his colleague, BNXN, previously known as Buju.

The incident occurred during a social media feud in 2022. Ruger expressed his regret while appearing as a guest on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast, hosted by Tolanibaj and Moet Abebe.

“I feel bad that I body shamed BNXN (Buju), I regret it,” he said.

Ruger and BNXN have resolved their differences since Ruger left his former record label, D’Prince’s Jonzing World, to start his own label, Blown Boy Entertainment.

They recently collaborated on a song called ‘Romeo Must Die.’
