She expressed this sentiment while bringing Wayne on stage at her latest concert, receiving enthusiastic cheers from the audience.
Bowing three times to show her respect for Wayne, she referred to him as “the greatest rapper currently in the game.”
Nicki Minaj said, “Make some noise for the man that single-handedly changed my life.
“I am nobody without you. I don’t give a damn how long I’ve been in this game, I think you are the best rapper alive. Thank you for changing my life.”
Despite Lil Wayne claiming he would have agreed that he is the best rapper alive, he acknowledged that Nicki Minaj is actually better than him.
It’s worth noting that Nicki Minaj began her career under Lil Wayne’s record label, Young Money, along with Drake.
