Roberto Garnacho, Alejandro Garnacho’s brother, has slammed Rio Ferdinand’s assertion that Inter Miami’s Lionel Messi unfollowed the Manchester United striker because he admired Al-Nassr’s Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ferdinand recently claimed that Messi unfollowed Garnacho on Instagram after discovering he was a Ronaldo supporter.
This was stated by the former England international on his podcast Vibe with FIVE.
Roberto, on the other hand, has refuted Ferdinand’s assertion, claiming that Messi never followed Garnacho.
He advised Ferdinand to cease making up stories.
He wrote on X: “Fake , Messi never followed him, stop making stuff up just to create hate, garna loves and admires both of them and you all trying to creating a rivalry.”
