The body of former Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu, has been brought to the state for his funeral and burial.
Allub Times recalls that the late governor passed away on December 26, 2023, in a German hospital at the age of 68 after a battle with prostate cancer.
His body arrived in the state on Wednesday, according to the burial plans set by his family.
The funeral ceremonies for Akeredolu began with the Ajabue traditional rite in his hometown of Owo, which is the headquarters of the Owo Local Government Area of the state, on Wednesday.
