Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that Jude Bellingham will require a medical evaluation after sustaining a shoulder injury during the match against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.

Bellingham fell to the ground while holding his shoulder in the first half of the game, but decided to continue playing after receiving treatment. He managed to complete the entire 90 minutes, although he was observed wearing a significant amount of strapping on his shoulder at the end of the match.

After the game, Ancelotti stated that Bellingham will undergo additional examinations to assess the extent of his injury.

“Bellingham has a problem with his shoulder. He will undergo medical tests tomorrow. I hope he can play on Wednesday against Braga,” he said after the contest.

Madrid failed to score against Rayo despite taking 22 shots. Bellingham came close to scoring in the first half by hitting the bar, but was unable to make much of an impact in a disappointing 0-0 draw.

Carlo Ancelotti, the coach of Madrid, is looking forward to the Champions League match against Braga on Wednesday. He is hoping to include his best player in the starting lineup.
