Popular Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has debunked rumors about her third marriage.
There were reports claiming that Bakare had tied the knot for the third time after sharing a video with an unidentified man online.
However, in a video posted on her Instagram page on Wednesday, Bakare addressed the widespread speculation and explained that the man in the viral video was her co-star.
As a mother of three, she also asked the public not to assume that the man was her husband.
She said; “Stop it, you guys. I have made it clear before that my clip with my colleague was from a movie set. We portrayed lovers in multiple films consecutively. He’s not my husband; it is all acting.”
It should be noted that the actress was previously married to Olumide Kunfulire, with whom she had a daughter named Simi in 2008.
She then got married for the second time to a Lagos socialite, Tunde Oriowo, in 2013, and they had two sons together.
