Nigerian music artist and former member of The Remedies, Tony Tetuila, has firmly rebutted the claims made by his ex-bandmate, Eedris Abdulkareem, suggesting that Tetuila was admitted to the group out of pity.

Abdulkareem recently stated in a podcast interview that he and Eldee were the original founders of The Remedies, indicating that Tetuila joined later after they encountered him at a show in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Abdulkareem implied that Tetuila’s eagerness to sing prompted them to include him in the group to increase their song catalog.

Expressing his disappointment, Tetuila shared a video clip on his TikTok page where he watched Abdulkareem’s interview and voiced his strong disagreement.

He adamantly refuted the accusations, branding Abdulkareem a liar and expressing his disbelief at the fabrication of such stories. Tetuila concluded his response by invoking divine punishment upon those who spread falsehoods.
