Afrobeat singer Seun Kuti has spoken out about the alleged misconduct attributed to the late pastor TB Joshua.

Reacting to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) documentary about alleged misconduct, including rape and assault, attributed to the late pastor TB Joshua, who is the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Seun Kuti firmly stated that not a single pastor in Nigeria has ever genuinely performed a miracle.

Taking to his Instagram page after watching the documentary, Seun Kuti accused Nigerian pastors of orchestrating fake miracles. He drew a striking parallel between these religious figures and ordinary individuals who use the church as a façade to conceal their questionable behaviors.

Seun Kuti said, “No Nigerian pastor has ever performed a real miracle. They are all faking it. All the General Overseer Pastors are guilty of the same offenses BBC has accused TB Joshua of. Now the new word for ‘rape’ is ‘TBJ.'”

The BBC documentary presented detailed accounts of abuse, harassment, manipulation, orchestrated miracles, and the undisclosed lifestyle of the late prophet.
