Veteran Nigerian comedian Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, popularly known as Alibaba, has shared an intriguing tidbit from the past, revealing that he once provided accommodation for his now-successful comedy counterparts.

Basketmouth and AY Makun. Alibaba disclosed that the duo resided in his Boys’ Quarters during the earlier stages of their respective careers.

This revelation came to light during a candid discussion on The Honest Bunch Podcast, hosted by actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, also known as Nedu. It’s worth noting that the disclosure follows Basketmouth’s recent public apology to AY, marking the end of a 17-year-long feud. Furthermore, Basketmouth extended an invitation to AY for his recent comedy show at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos.
