Harry Kane has broken two more records in the Bundesliga after scoring the opening goal for Bayern Munich against FC Koln on Friday.

Kane’s goal came in the 20th minute, a tap-in after Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting‘s shot was cleared off the line. This goal not only gave Bayern a 1-0 lead but also made Kane the first Bundesliga player to score 18 goals in the first 12 games of a season. Additionally, he became the first Englishman to score 18 goals in a single Bundesliga season.

Kane’s performance has been outstanding since his transfer from Tottenham to Bayern in the summer. In just 12 games, he has scored 18 goals. He has also scored four goals in four Champions League games. This remarkable form has helped Bayern secure the top position in the league. However, they are only expected to move four points ahead of Bayer Leverkusen, who will be playing against Werder Bremen this weekend.

Kane is currently scoring an impressive average of 1.5 goals per game, which puts him on course to score a remarkable 51 goals in the Bundesliga this season. He has already surpassed the previous season’s Golden Boot winner.

Kane is expected to continue breaking records as he consistently finds the back of the net. In the upcoming midweek, Bayern will be facing Copenhagen in the Champions League.
