2026 WCQ: Lesotho Arrive Uyo For Clash With Super Eagles

Int’l Football – The Lesotho national football team has arrived in Uyo on Tuesday for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

The Likuena team arrived at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos on Monday night.

They spent the night in Lagos and then took another flight to Uyo on Tuesday.

The Likuena team is staying at the Ibom Icon Hotel and Golf Resort in Uyo.

Leslie Notsi’s team is scheduled to have their initial training session in Nigeria later tonight.

Lesotho will be playing against the Super Eagles at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on Thursday.
