Chelsea have agreed a fee in the region of £20m fixed for Brighton goalkeeper Robert Sánchez, according to Italian football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
The fee, according to the trusted journalist, includes add-ons up to £25m in a total package for the Spanish international who came through Albion’s youth academy.
It is further reported that Chelsea will hand the goalkeeper a long-term deal, said to have been verbally agreed with Sánchez who always wanted to join the West London club.
Meanwhile, talks for the transfer of Columbian international and Brighton’s defensive midfielder Moise Caicedo still continue, according to Romano.
Chelsea, who have had several bids rejected by Brighton, including the last being £80m, are still hopeful that a deal can be struck in this transfer window.
