Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has urged the Super Eagles of Nigeria to win the 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament, which is set to kick off in Cote d’ivoire this weekend.

The governor made the request when he hosted the Super Eagles in Lagos State on Tuesday as they prepared for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

“It was an honour to host the Super Eagles this evening at the Lagos State/NFF Send Forth event as they gear up for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations,” the governor said in a post on X (Twitter).
