The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) have instructed their members to start preparing for a nationwide strike in response to the attack on NLC president, Joe Ajaero.

The organized labor has directed its affiliates to follow the decisions made by the National Executive Council.

TUC President, Festus Osifo, stated during a press conference on Monday, November 13, that the strike will continue until the “government at all levels wake up to their responsibility.”
