President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is scheduled to visit Qatar and the United Arab Emirates on March 2–3, despite a leaked document indicating that his offer to visit the Gulf nation was declined.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, announced this in a statement released by the ministry’s spokesperson, Francisca K. Omayuli, on Saturday evening in Abuja.

The statement reads: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms the forthcoming visit by His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the State of Qatar on March 2–3, as scheduled.
