Sporting Lisbon manager Rúben Amorim has tentatively agreed to replace Jurgen Klopp as the manager of Liverpool, according to Sky Germany.
The 39-year-old has reportedly discussed a three-year contract to take over from Klopp.
However, the deal has not been finalized between the two clubs yet.
Despite this report, sources from Liverpool have denied the claim.
Amorim has a clause in his contract with Sporting that allows him to leave this summer, and he was also considered for the managerial position at Bayern Munich.
Last week, it was rumored that Amorim was a top candidate for the head coach position at Liverpool.
