Big Brother Naija season 7 winner, Phyna, has been formally invited by the Nigeria Police in response to allegations that she failed to return a wig she had supposedly rented within the agreed-upon timeframe.
The controversy arose when a hair vendor publicly accused Phyna of not returning the rented wig on schedule.
Initially denying the accusations, Phyna later admitted to renting the wig and trying to return it after facing public criticism. However, the hair vendor allegedly declined to accept the returned wig.
In a video posted on her social media page, Phyna disclosed that the hair vendor, accompanied by police officers, had visited her home and left an official letter in her absence.
Apprehensive about police involvement, Phyna shared the contents of the letter, which turned out to be an invitation from the Nigeria Police, signed by the DPO of Nigeria Police, Ogudu.
