Super Eagles player Victor Osimhen has generously gifted N2.5 million to a young boy who imitated him and showed off similar football skills.
In a video, the boy was wearing a mask that looked like Osimhen’s, which caught the footballer’s attention after it was shared by popular Instagram blogger Tunde Ednut.
Osimhen asked Ednut to help him find the boy after watching the video.
With Ednut and content creator Eriq Morak’s assistance, the boy was located in Ivory Coast.
Giving an update, Ednut wrote, “I initially thought this little man was Nigerian. You won’t believe we found him in Ivory Coast.
“#eriqmorak found him. He lives in Ivory Coast. I couldn’t see his message, so he reached out to #ogb recently_ and OGB messaged me. I spoke to the family briefly to make sure it was the boy.”
Afterwards, Osimhen gave the money to the boy, which made his family very grateful. They shared a video thanking the footballer for his generosity.
