Former Big Brother Naija housemate and actress Venita Akpofure has claimed that she was already a star before participating in the reality show.

She believes that the show’s organizers did not solely contribute to her fame, emphasizing that they both benefited from their association.

She expressed these sentiments in her first music release, ‘Gen Z Cypher,’ where she collaborated with Magnito. A snippet of the song was posted on her social media account.

“I made it before Big Brother. No be Biggie help me, we dey help each other. Small girls babbling, I don’t even bother. Dem no get experience, they never cross border,” Venita rapped.
