Nigerian singer Joe El Amadi has entered the dispute between his colleagues, Davido and Burna Boy.
The Kaduna-born artist compared Burna Boy to the controversial veteran singer, Eedris Abdulkareem, and criticized him for taking his feud with Davido too seriously.
Joe El expressed his opinion on the ‘Real Ish’ podcast, describing Davido as a kind-hearted person.
He said, “Burna Boy is the younger version of how Eedris Abdulkareem used to operate before. This Davido and Burna Boy’s beef, I think Burna is taking it too far. Davido is a loving guy.”
He also condemned Burna Boy for his statement that no one paved the way in the Nigerian music industry, emphasizing that sacrifices were made to elevate Afrobeats to its current status.
