The draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations took place today at the Confederation of African Football headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
This draw followed the end of the 34th edition of the tournament held in Ivory Coast.
The preliminary draw included the eight lowest-ranked teams according to FIFA rankings: Somalia, Djibouti, Sao Tome, Chad, Mauritius, South Sudan, Liberia, and Eswatini.
These teams will compete in a home and away format during the FIFA Window from March 18 to March 26.

- Somalisa Vs Eswatini
- Sao Tome Vs South Sudan
- Chad Vs Mauritius
- Djibouti Vs Liberia
The 2023 AFCON took place in Côte d’Ivoire and was won by the host team, the Elephants, who defeated the Super Eagles of Nigeria 2-1 in the tournament final.
